⚖️ No Win No Fee – Important Information
-
Many strong employee claims (e.g. unfair dismissal, discrimination, whistleblowing) may qualify for No Win No Fee (NWNF).
-
However, not all cases are eligible – low-value or weak cases are usually not taken on this basis.
-
Where NWNF is available, fees are typically 25–35% of your compensation.
-
Where NWNF is not available, I remain committed to supporting you at the Employment Tribunal at my low hourly rate of £45, ensuring you can still access affordable representation.
